Meet Our Founder
I make time to listen, seek and discover new revelations about myself and others. Open to beauty, meaning and purpose, I look for ways to connect with what is “above and beyond” my limitations. My life is enriched by a strong measure of gratitude, humor, playfulness, and acceptance of what I can’t control. I can discover fresh and startling ideas, and am able to genuinely grapple with mystery and what is sacred in life.
Mel Carr, Founder & Director of Cloversy
I have my associate degree from San Antonio College in Business Administration and finishing up my bachelors in Health Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I also love being a virtual assistant which I have grown to love over my years of experience. When I have free time, I love going to gym, going on hikes, eating at my favorite restaurant, or reading books. in life.
I have worked in the administrative world for 15 years, working in digital design and marketing since 2012. I fell in love with the mix of both worlds! Creating for clients and assisting in their day to day is what I thrive on! My positive outlook and can-do attitude help me connect with clients and their projects at a personal level.
As a mom of three I’ve learned perfect is a silly expectation! I’m a firm believer in working hard, using your time efficiently and never stop dreaming. Being apart of a military family for the past 6 years, a virtual career has become my reality and one of the biggest blessings. If I’m not at my desk you can find me cuddled up on the couch with my daughters or outside enjoying a cup of coffee!
I am 30 years old and live in Cortland IL with my husband (Dan) and my daughter (Laureli- 2years old). When I am not working or being a mommy, I enjoy taking photos to make different projects, reading books and camping. I attended Lewis University in Romeoville IL where I received my bachelors of marketing degree in 2013.
